Drop Down menus problem

We went ahead and purchases the responsive theme and installed. Install was straight forward and result is very good however we have encountered a couple of minor issues such as no advanced search button.

The big challenge has been dropdown menus. Our site uses all dropdowns but we have encountered some issues the biggest being menus failing to work on Samsung tablets. First and last dropdowns work but rest fail. Same problem can be replicated by shrinking desktop window to tablet size.

Are you able to assist with possible solutions?

Can you please provide me screenshots with the problem on samsung tablets.
I will need to know android version and what kind of samsung tablet?
