ST vb3 responsive style update

Hello Guys,

This update fix the username pop up in postbit legacy.
The long pagination push off screen.

Both reported by David Wilson. Thank you for your report.

Our latest vb3 default style responsive also updated with the fix and there is a color fix in username is profile page.

You can redownload now at the same link in your account.
1. Please upload back the vbulletin style.xml of your choices.
2. Please re-upload the folder "css" found inside in Upload/SultanThemeVB3R in the zip into your forum images/SultanThemeVB3R/

or easy word is just upload the folder"SultanThemeVB3R" into your forum images/
