Default How to change custom sidebar content and custom footer content?

All of them located inside Custom Templates. It should be visible on top of the templates. Screenshot Attached.

All these custom templates are working if you have installed vbulletin-plugin.xml supplied in Upload folder according to readme.txt

Style manager> Style name> Edit Templates> Custom Templates>
