Default Coming Soon: Updates and vBulletin 3 Default Style made responsive

Hello Guys,

Previously I used a javascript solutions to detect display resolution and the script put a class in html tag. I am using this first time because I first saw vb3 doesnot response to media queries.

This script a little 0.9 second late when switching between horizontal and vertical AND users with mobile phones browsers without javascript - or javascript disabled cannot see the style in action.

Now I have converted all the styles to use CSS media queries. This should be compatible with all androids and iphones.

And I also plan to release a vb3 default style made responsive along with the updates.
